1. Program Description

OFFLINE OPERATOR LLC (Clinics Division) provides SMS alerts and updates regarding appointment scheduling, marketing campaigns, and promotional information for medspas and functional health clinics.

2. Consent and Opt-In

By providing your phone number, you represent that you are the owner of the mobile account and provide express written consent to receive automated messages.

3. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP". Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

4. Rejoining Instructions

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

5. Help Instructions

If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact support at adnan@offlineoperator.com.

6. Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Message and Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on interaction. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
